The Daley Center is home to Traffic Court, as well as many civil courts. If you have been arrested and charged with a DUI in downtown Chicago, your DUI case will probably take place on the 4th floor of Daley Center.
Daley Center Courtroom Numbers:
If you have been charged with a misdemeanor driving crime downtown, your room assignments will be as follows:
- DUI rooms: 402, 404, 406, 408, 405
- DUI Jury room: 410
- Driving on A Suspended or Revoked License (also called a 6-303) rooms: 407
- Minor driving tickets: LL01, LL02, LL03, LL04, LL05 (LL stands for "lower level" so it is below the 1st floor of Daley Center. Hit the "LL" button in the elevators on the far west side of the building.)
Daley Center Schedule:
- DUI cases are set at either 9 am or 1 pm
- Minor traffic ticket times are 9 am, 10:30 am, 1 pm or 2:30 pm
